Our design office designs a technical solution based on your specifications. It supports you in the pre-project phases and through to the execution studies by integrating the particularities of your project. The completion of the engineering phase leads to the establishment of a 3D plan of the installation and detailed plans.

Construction
Manage the construction site of your installation
Our construction managers are present throughout the construction site. They direct the execution of operations, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, take care of logistics, plan utilities and lifting equipment. They ensure that the schedule is maintained, manage interfaces with other stakeholders and monitor the proper completion of the installations of the methanization unit.
Methanization maintenance
Guide you in handling and operating the unit
Our maintenance team takes over from the work supervisors following the work completion report to manage the ramp-up of the installation up to the performance tests. After receiving the installation, we remain at your side to ensure that the installation is handled correctly. We offer tailor-made services for preventive maintenance and biological monitoring of your methanization unit.

Biological monitoring
Help you control the biological process of your installation
Once the installation is complete, our biological monitoring team supports you throughout the year to answer your questions 24/7. We offer you a biological monitoring contract to benefit from preferential rates on digestate or methanogenic potential analyses. Training is given to you to learn how to monitor the main parameters of the good biological life of your installation. A measuring kit (pH, FOS TAC) is also provided. At the end of each year, we carry out annual performance reviews to check the proper functioning of the methanization unit.
